The Challenge
A medical research group needed to automate the preliminary screening of cancer patterns in medical imagery while maintaining clinical trust. Standard deep learning models operated as black boxes, offering radiologists zero insight into why a prediction was made.
The Solution
We engineered a custom deep learning classifier integrated with Grad-CAM to visualize and highlight the exact regions driving each diagnostic prediction. This internal R&D partnership succeeded in establishing a transparent, explainable screening workflow that radiologists could trust and verify.
